Teen-Focused 2D Cartoon Animation

I’m putting together a full-length 2D cartoon (a little over the five-minute mark) aimed squarely at a teenage audience. I have the script and soundtrack ready; what I’m missing is the animation itself—clean, expressive character work with dynamic, colourful backgrounds that keep teens engaged from start to finish.

Here’s what I need from you:

• All character, prop and background animation delivered in HD (1920×1080) as a final, fully composited MP4, plus the original project files so I can archive and re-edit later if needed.
• Smooth lip-sync and motion that match the provided voice track and timing sheet.
• Basic SFX integration (whooshes, pops, flashes) to punch up key moments—no full audio mix; I already have a sound designer for that.
• A short progress reel halfway through production so I can confirm pacing and style before we head into final clean-up and colour.

I’m flexible on which software you prefer—Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, TVPaint or a comparable 2D package all work for me—so long as you can hit the quality bar and share layered files.
