Tamil-English Nursery Rhyme Animation

I need a short 2D animation that brings the rhyme below to life in both Tamil and English. The tone must stay cartoonish, playful, and packed with bright, vibrant colours so it instantly clicks with preschoolers.

The full script, including all repeated lines and actions, is already written (see brief). Your task is to translate those words into lively on-screen movement: think friendly hand and finger characters, exaggerated facial expressions, simple backgrounds, and plenty of rhythmic cues that match each tap, clap, wiggle, dance and clap-clap-clap.

I’m looking for smooth, TV-quality 2D work—Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects with puppet rigs or any comparable pipeline is fine as long as the end result feels polished. The finished video should arrive in 1920×1080 MP4, ready for YouTube upload, with clean alpha-free colours and all lyrics perfectly synced to the action so kids can follow along even without sound. Please keep the run time tight; the rhyme runs roughly one minute once paced for children, so aim for 60–70 seconds.
