Stylized Telugu Sci-Fi Pilot Animation

I’m developing an original Telugu-language 2D science-fiction short that will ultimately run 15–20 minutes, but to keep things lean I want to begin with a 60–120 second pilot/teaser. This segment will establish the main hero, introduce a neon-lit futuristic cityscape, and deliver a rapid taste of the story’s chase, combat and escape beats.

The look I have in mind is unmistakably stylized—crisp silhouettes, bold colour blocks and dynamic lighting rather than photorealism—so I’m searching for an animator or compact indie crew who can carry that aesthetic from concept sketch through final composite. The pilot must feel alive: crowded skyways, holographic signage, layered parallax backgrounds and fluid character motion that sells speed and impact.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Visual development for key characters and the sprawling city skyline
• Storyboards and an animatic to lock pacing and camera moves
• Rough and clean animation (preferably in Toon Boom Harmony, TVPaint or a comparable 2D pipeline)
• Separate FX layers for energy blasts, muzzle flashes and atmospheric neon glows
• Final 1080p render plus source files so I can splice in Telugu dialogue and sound later

I’m targeting a four-to-six-week turnaround, but I’m flexible if quality benefits from extra polish. If this pilot lands the punch I’m looking for, we’ll roll straight into the remaining chapters of the film with you (and any teammates you’d like to bring) at the core of the production pipeline.
