Storyboard Artist for Animated Web Series
Budget: $10 – $15 USD
I’m putting together a teen-targeted animated series that sits tonally beside Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel—plenty of dark humor up front, then a hard turn into emotional, lore-heavy territory by the finale. I already have character sheets, universe lore, and a stack of raw episode concepts; what I need is a storyboard artist who can translate all that into a visually striking eight-episode season (each episode 3-5 minutes).
Visual style is the single biggest priority. I’ll supply reference pulls and style frames so you can lock onto the gritty-yet-cartoonish vibe we’re after, but I’m counting on you to push the look further and keep every panel dripping with personality.
Here’s how we’ll work: you’ll review the concept pool, choose (or remix) the strongest ideas, outline each episode’s flow, and board it out. Throughout the process you’ll stay in close contact with our animator and video editor so camera language, pacing, and shot continuity make it seamlessly from board to final cut.
Deliverables
• Clean, timed storyboards for 8 episodes (3-5 min each) in any format.
• Clear labeling of shots, dialogue, and action cues for the production team.
