I want to produce a short “Spooky Spooky Friday”–style animation that engages a teen audience purely for entertainment. The mood should be fun-creepy rather than truly frightening—think energetic beats, quirky monsters, and bold colours.
The core requirement is a complete 2D animated story video delivered in a lightweight, cost-conscious way. If you can streamline your workflow with Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, Krita, or any other tool you trust, even better; I’m open to whichever software lets you move fast without ballooning costs.
