Serene 2D YouTube Intro Animation

I already have the voice-over script for my channel’s new intro and now I need a short 2D animation—calm, serene, and majestic in mood—to bring those opening lines to life.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Storyboard and basic character / element concepts created from scratch (I don’t have existing artwork).
• A smooth, 80 second sequence that follows the timing and cues in my script.
• Gentle motion, soft colour palettes, and subtle transitions that reinforce the tranquil, uplifting feel.
• Final delivery in HD (1080p) as an .mp4 plus the editable project file (After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar).

My workflow preference is simple:
1. You read the script and share quick sketches or style frames so we can lock the overall look.
2. Once approved, you animate the scene and add any light sound design that complements the atmosphere (no loud effects—think airy, ambient touches).
3. We make one round of minor tweaks if needed and wrap.
