Semi-realistic Stylized Assistant Avatar Creation

Need a 2D avatar artist/rigger to create a front-facing semi-realistic stylized assistant avatar based on my reference image.

This is not a generic graphic design job and not a software job. I need someone experienced in 2D character avatars, facial rigging, Live2D-style avatars, or VTuber avatar creation.

What I need delivered:
- One polished front-facing avatar in a style similar to the reference
- Clean layered source files with separated parts:
- head / face
- hair
- eyebrows
- left eye / right eye
- eyelids
- mouth
- neck / collar if needed
- Mouth shapes for lip sync (multiple visemes / phoneme mouth shapes)
- Expression set such as neutral, happy, sad, angry, surprised, curious
- Blink states
- Single-eye wink support
- Assets prepared so I can animate / wire it myself later

Important:
- Avatar should feel realistic/stylized, but not fully human
- Mostly front-facing use
- Clean, animation-ready layering is very important
- I do not need coding or app integration
- I only need the avatar art and rig-ready asset preparation

Preferred experience:
- Live2D avatars
- VTuber model art/rigging
- 2D facial animation
- Character rigging for talking avatars
