Seeking Animator for 2 Illusion-Based Installations
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We’re creating Mind Games Museum — a new interactive illusion-based museum opening soon in Sydney — and we’re looking to commission a freelance animator to bring two playful installations to life.
What we need:
Spinning Ballerina Loop
Style: Silhouette (like the well-known spinning dancer illusion)
Length: Seamless, continuous loop (1-2minutes)
Reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GWeyXj-448
No interactivity required — just the elegant spinning
Minimal text
Sound Game Animation
Length: 2–3 minutes
No sound — purely visual
Numbers will appear in rhythm, cueing the audience to recreate sounds using physical objects
Style reference: https://www.tiktok.com/@joshplaysdrums/video/7342939519139892526
Simple but clean execution, must be timed accurately to beat
Preferred format for both - MP4
What to include in your proposal:
Your quote (total or per animation)
Estimated delivery timeline
Examples of similar work (looping animations or rhythm-based visuals preferred)
Any questions or format preferences
We’re excited to collaborate and can provide storyboards or more visual references if needed.
Thanks in advance!
