30-Second 2D Intro Animation - NO AI, NO AI

I’ve scripted a short, roughly 30-second opening sequence for a new animated series. Think Family Guy’s playful pacing and camera sweeps, but with my own characters and comedic beats. All artwork is already in hand—layered PSDs of the characters and the key backgrounds. A few figures are fully rigged in Adobe After Effects; others will need simple puppet-rig setups before we animate.NEED MOHO Expert. Project to be done in MOHO.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Assemble and rig any remaining characters so they can move fluidly. NO AI
• Animate the full sequence in 2D, matching the timing and energy I’ll provide in a rough storyboard/animatic. Absolutely no AI-generated imagery or interpolation at any stage.
• Add basic camera moves, transitions, and any secondary prop animation that brings the scene to life.
• Deliver the polished intro as a high-quality MOV plus every working project file (AE project, rigs, layered comps, etc.) so I can tweak small details later.
