9-Second Cartoon Tutorial Animation

I’m producing a bite-size tutorial that has to land its message in exactly nine seconds. The format is animated graphics, and the tone should feel light, playful and unmistakably cartoonish—think bold outlines, exaggerated motion and bright colours rather than a polished corporate look.

Here’s what I need from you:
• 1920×1080 (or higher) video, precisely 9.0 s in length.
• One exported MP4 ready to publish, plus the editable project file (After Effects, Animate, or a similar tool—whichever you work in).
• Clear visual storytelling suitable for a quick tutorial step; I’ll supply the key instruction text and any brand colours or logos.
• Royalty-free background music or simple SFX are welcome if they enhance the clip, but they’re optional.

I’m happy to collaborate on a rough storyboard, yet I rely on your animation flair to bring the scene to life. Smooth timing, clean transitions and eye-catching characters are the yardsticks for approval. Once we’re both satisfied with the concept, I’d like the first draft within a few days, with one revision round before final delivery.
