5-Second 2D Animation

I need a short 2D overlay that brings a gentle, wintry feel to one of my digital paintings. The brief is simple: for exactly five seconds, Sky blue, snowflakes should drift calmly from the top of the frame, slowing as they reach the bottom. and swirling , consistent fall that feels playful and light. and anta single eye blinking.
