Cartoonish Human Character Art & Animation

I'm in need of a talented artist and animator to create a layered, realistic human character artwork. This character should be designed for a side perspective. The job will also involve setting up a basic rig for the character and producing a few key animations, specifically: idle, run, jump, and attack.
