I'm seeking a skilled 2D animator to create a realistic animation of working gears, akin to those in a watch.
Key Requirements:
- The animation should be in a 2160 X 3840 pixel format.
- The project will be divided into three specific stages:
1. Normal operation with a countdown timer - 374 frames
2. Accelerated pace of 150% with the mechanism stopping in the last second - 59 frames
3. A paused mechanism that restarts after a brief pause - 100 frames
- The final animation file should be in MOV format.
