Quick Image Animation Needed

I have two finished visuals that just need a touch of motion to bring them to life. For each piece I’d like subtle, high-quality effects—think a realistic lick of fire in one corner and a gentle trail of dripping sparkles across the artwork. Although those elements are the focus, the movement should feel integrated so the whole composition appears alive without overpowering the original design.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A short, seamlessly looping animation for each image that matches the existing art style and colour palette.
• Final exports in web-friendly formats (GIF or MP4) plus the working file (After Effects, PSD, or equivalent) so I can tweak if necessary.

Turnaround is important: once we agree on the direction, I’m hoping for first drafts within a day or so and final versions shortly after any minor tweaks.
