Programmable 2D-3D Character

Job ID: 39982173

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I’m producing an animated short and need a single, cartoonish character that exists in both 2D and 3D and can be driven directly from Unity. You’ll model and rig in Blender, then deliver a Unity-ready prefab with scripts that let me trigger specific gestures and facial poses in code.

Scope
• Model the character in Blender with clean topology, UVs, textures and a film-quality, cartoon style.
• Build one master rig that gives me full body controls plus independent left/right eyebrow controllers for subtle acting during close-ups.
• Export a 2D version (sprite sheet or bone-based) that matches the 3D look for storyboard cut-ins.
• Inside Unity, set up an Animator Controller and lightweight C# API so I can call functions such as PlayWave(), ThumbsUp(), Point(), and any custom gesture I add later.
• Supply a demo scene that shows each gesture cycling on key-press to confirm everything is programmable.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete when the Unity prefab responds to simple C# calls for waving, thumbs up, pointing and an extra “Custom” slot, and the brows can be arched individually without distorting the mesh.

Deliverables
1. Blender file with full rig, shape keys and textures
2. Unity package containing prefab, Animator Controller and scripts
3. 2D sprite sheet/bones plus import settings
4. One-page setup notes
