Premium Website Loader Animation (Dark & Light Mode)

Hi,

I need a PREMIUM animated website loader based on my attached heart logo.

I will provide the gold heart logo in the center.
You only need to create the animated loader/spinner around it in the style of the attached reference example.

IMPORTANT:
The gold loader must look clean and clearly visible in BOTH:
