I already have a locked script, the main voice-over, and reference images for the key characters. What I need now is a clean, minimalist 2D animation that faithfully follows that script from first frame to last.
Your scope covers everything visual and auditory that is not yet supplied: additional voices, crowd ambience, background sounds, and scene-appropriate music. Because the piece is purely informational, the audio should never distract—think subtle beds that shift naturally with each scene rather than a single looping track.
Before you move into full animation, I will review and sign off on every scene layout, colour palette, additional character design, and audio cue to keep revisions minimal. The final runtime will be whatever the script dictates, so please be comfortable matching animation pacing to an existing voice track.
Deliverables
• Scene-by-scene storyboard or animatic for approval
• Final HD video (with embedded and separate audio stems)
• Source project files for future tweaks
