Philippines Teen 2D Animation Project
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m looking for a Philippines-based animator to create an original 2D entertainment video aimed squarely at teenagers. Think fast-moving scenes, lively characters, and humor that resonates with a Gen Z Filipino audience.
The runtime is flexible—I’m open to whatever length best serves the story, whether that ends up under a minute or extends past three. What matters most is a cohesive narrative arc, polished visuals, and snappy pacing that can hold a teen’s attention from start to finish.
I’ll provide the core concept and a rough outline; you’ll take it from there through storyboard, character design, animation, sound effects, and final compositing. Feel free to work in Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or your preferred 2D pipeline as long as the final render is crisp 1080p (or higher) MP4.

• Final HD video (MP4) ready for upload
