Philippines 2D Explainer Animator

I’m putting together a concise 2-D explainer video aimed at an adult audience and I’d like to work with a fellow creative here in the Philippines. My script and rough visual concept are ready; what I need is your animation expertise to turn those ideas into a polished, engaging piece that runs roughly a minute long.
The scope covers layouting the storyboard, designing or refining the characters and assets, animating in a clean, modern style, adding simple transitions and typographic call-outs, and syncing the finished visuals to the voice-over that I will supply. If you prefer working in Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar 2-D software, that’s perfect—as long as the final deliverable is a 1920×1080 MP4 along with the project files for any future tweaks.
