Philippines 2D Cartoon Story Animator
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a series of 5–10-minute YouTube episodes and need a fellow Filipino animator to bring each story to life in a classic frame-by-frame, 2D cartoon style. I will supply the full script and storyboards; what I need from you is the complete visual execution—from character work through final render—in crisp 1080p (or better).
Here’s the creative setup: some characters already exist while others must be designed from scratch, so you’ll be comfortable refining supplied assets and inventing new ones that match the established look. Backgrounds should feel detailed and realistic yet still sit naturally inside a cartoon universe—think rich environments that enhance mood without stealing focus from the action.
Deliverables
• Key character turnarounds for any new designs
• Fully painted, layered backgrounds (PSD or similar)
• Clean frame-by-frame animation files and the final compiled video (MP4 or MOV)
• One round of revisions on both animatic and final render to ensure pacing and polish meet channel standards
