Philippine Horror Frame-by-Frame Short
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a 6–10-minute 2D horror film for YouTube and need a Filipino animator who works comfortably in a full frame-by-frame workflow. The character sheets are finished and ready for you to import straight into your preferred software (Toon Boom, TVPaint, Clip Studio, Photoshop—whichever keeps the line work crisp).
What I still need is the narrative backbone. No script or storyboard exists yet, so we’ll start by shaping the story beats together, lock an animatic, then dive into roughs, cleans, color and final compositing. While the budget is lean, I’m keeping the scope focused: five characters, two main locations, subtle VFX (smoke, flickering lights, blood splatter) and atmospheric sound to sell the scares. Final delivery is a 1080p master plus all project files.
Because the short is rooted in Filipino urban-horror folklore, I’m limiting this call to Philippine-based animators only; local context matters and it also keeps communication quick. Please share:
