Philippine 2D Educational Animator Needed

I’m producing a YouTube series that explains technical concepts through realistic 2-D animation. The scripts, voice-overs, and visual references are ready; I now need a fellow Filipino animator to translate them into lifelike motion that feels engaging yet clearly instructional.

Project scope
Each episode runs 3–4 minutes. You’ll receive a locked storyboard, audio track, and timing sheet, then handle the full animation pass—character acting, scene transitions, and any on-screen infographics. Realistic movement is essential; exaggerated cartoon physics won’t fit the tone.

Preferred workflow
Adobe Animate or Toon Boom Harmony for rough and clean-ups, then After Effects for compositing. If you work in a different 2-D package, that’s fine as long as you can match the realistic style and deliver the required assets.

Deliverables
• Final video file in 1080p / 30 fps (H.264 or ProRes)
• Source project files and layered exports for future edits
• One round of revisions after the first full draft

Acceptance criteria
The animation must sync to the existing voice-over, maintain consistent character proportions, and keep on-screen text legible throughout. I’ll sign off once the episode seamlessly replaces the animatic in my master timeline.

Additional notes
The target audience isn’t a standard age bracket; I’ll brief you once we start so the visual tone lands correctly. Because the narration is in Filipino and we’ll likely iterate quickly via local schedules, I’m limiting this posting to animators based in the Philippines.
