Philippine 2D Animation Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m putting together a short, story-driven 2D animation and I’d like to partner with a fellow creative based in the Philippines. At the moment I have only the core idea—I still need a complete script and storyboard—so I’m looking for someone who can guide the project from concept through final render.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• We brainstorm and lock the storyline together.
• You translate that into a concise script and visual storyboard.
• Once approved, you handle all 2D animation work—character design, backgrounds, motion, and sound sync—until we have a polished video ready to share.
Runtime and visual style are flexible; I’m open to your professional suggestions as we shape the narrative.
