Pakistani Adventure Cartoon Creation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m putting together a short Pakistani-style 2D cartoon aimed squarely at teenagers. The story tone is pure adventure and I need the full package: character animation, backgrounds, sound design and final editing, all wrapped into a single episode running somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes.
Because the budget is tight, I’m looking for smart, resource-friendly solutions—vector rigs reused cleverly, limited-animation tricks where they still look good, that sort of thing. If you’re comfortable in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, or any comparable toolset, that’s perfect; whatever lets you hit a clean, broadcast-ready 1080p file.
Deliverables
• One finished 5-10 minute 2D adventure cartoon (MP4, 1080p, H.264)
• Separate music/sfx stems and project files for future tweaks
• A short text log of assets and fonts used to keep licensing clear
Acceptance criteria
• Visual style remains consistent with Pakistani cultural motifs I’ll share once we start.
• Dialogue, sound effects and music fully synced—no pops or dead air.
• Final runtime lands inside the agreed 5-10 minute window.
