Pakistan 2D Animator, Low Budget
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m putting together a short 2D piece and need a fellow animator from Pakistan who can work within a very tight budget. The core requirement is clean, engaging 2-dimensional animation; beyond that I’m flexible on style and software—whether you prefer Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects, or another tool that suits low-resource workflows.
Purpose
The clip isn’t for traditional marketing, education, or pure entertainment; it serves a different objective that I’ll explain once we connect. Think of it as a hybrid project with a bit of each.
Script & Story
My preparatory materials don’t fit neatly into “script only” or “storyboard ready.” I have some reference notes plus rough visual ideas, and I’ll welcome your input on tightening both narrative flow and shot breakdowns.
What I’m looking for
• Full 2D animation production of a short sequence (final length to be confirmed together).
• Collaborative refinement of the loose script/storyboard.
• Delivery in HD (1080p) MP4 along with project files.
Because funds are extremely limited, please outline how you can streamline the process—reuse assets, economical frame-rates, simplified backgrounds, limited character counts, etc.—so we hit the creative mark without overrunning costs. If you’ve tackled similar “micro-budget” animations before, a quick portfolio link or sample reel will help me see how you balance quality with efficiency.
