One-Minute Anime Cartoon Video

I have a finished script and fully designed characters; what I need now is a short, one-minute anime-style cartoon brought to life with traditional 2D animation. Your task is to redraw the supplied characters so they match the originals perfectly, animate the scenes exactly as scripted, add basic sound (voice track and simple effects will be provided), and deliver the final piece as a high-quality MOV file.
Timing is tight—I want to see a rough pass within a couple of days and the polished, ready-to-upload video before the week is out. Clear, direct communication is essential, so I’m only looking to work one-on-one with the animator, not through a project manager or agency.
Deliverables:
• One-minute 2D animation in MOV format (1080p)
• Source project files for future tweaks
• Up to two quick revision rounds if needed
