Need 2D/3D art for crypto projects

We are looking for a 2D/3D art designer who is going to help us with our crypto projects. We are currently developing 3 projects, but there will be many more to come.
You don't have to be a super-experienced specialist, but you should love what you do. We should be able to communicate with and align all points, so that the projects are good.
We don't know what rates we should pay but the minimum rate should be at least $30/hour, including all calls, written communications, production itself.
We are ready to do the "pre-stages" where we just talk with you and align the strategy and then pay out a certain amount, which will be equal to the pre-payment, so that we can continue to the first tasks.
