Modern Cartoon Character Design & Rig

I’m producing a short 2D animation and need a single, modern-style cartoon character taken from concept to a fully functional rig. You’ll handle everything from the initial turnaround to a clean, deformation-free rig that can drop straight into my animation pipeline.

Deliverables
• High-resolution, layered source file (PSD, AI, or similar) with limbs, facial features, and mouth shapes separated.
• Fully rigged character file in the software you use, with tidy naming conventions and intuitive controllers.
• A brief test clip (2-3 seconds) showing a walk, a blink, and a simple arm gesture so I can confirm the rig’s flexibility.
