Mischievous Duck 2D Loop
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a photo of a cheeky duck that I’d like brought to life in a 2D, cartoonish and playful style. The end goal is a seamless 1.5-hour looping video where this duck dashes through a variety of short, light-hearted scenes: swiping gold and silver coins, tripping over random objects, sprinting off-screen, even pole-vaulting just for laughs. The scenes can shift between ponds, streets, parks—wherever the mischief looks most entertaining—so long as the action flows smoothly from one gag to the next and returns cleanly to the starting point for an endless loop.
Here’s how I see the process:
• I’ll send you the reference photo of the duck and any notes on personality cues.
• You share a quick storyboard or animatic so we agree on the pacing of each bit of mischief.
• Once we lock that in, you handle full-frame 2D animation, colour, and simple sound effects (quacks, coin clinks, comic whistles) to keep things lively.
• Deliver the final 90-minute loop in a high-quality MP4 plus the project files (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or whichever software you prefer) so I can make edits if needed later.
Fluid, expressive motion is key—it should look hand-animated rather than stiff or mechanical. If this sounds up your alley, let’s talk timing, milestones, and any clever ideas you have to keep our feathered troublemaker entertaining for the full run.
