I need to transform a clear learning concept into a three-minute whiteboard motion graphic that explains the essentials of psychological safety in a friendly, approachable way. I already have the storyline and key talking points sketched out; what’s missing is your animation expertise to turn those ideas into smooth, engaging visuals.
Style & Feel
• Whiteboard animation only—clean line art, hand-drawn reveals, and dynamic transitions that keep viewers interested without feeling overly formal.
• Overall tone should stay light, welcoming, and confident so the content feels accessible rather than corporate.
Visual Direction
There are no strict brand colours or fonts to follow. Feel free to propose a palette that supports clarity and inclusivity (e.g., high contrast for readability) while remaining warm and upbeat. I do have a brand packet to incorporate
Audio-Ready Output
The finished piece must be easy for me to narrate later, so please:
• Leave adequate pacing between key scenes for a voice-over.
• Supply the layered project file (e.g., After Effects, Illustrator assets, or your preferred software) alongside an exported 1080p MP4.
• Make sure text and graphics can still be tweaked in case timing changes when I record the audio.
Acceptance Criteria

3. Source file, fonts, and any artwork you create delivered with full editing rights.
