I need a bright, playful 2 – 3-minute 2D cartoon designed specifically for toddlers aged 1-3. The goal is pure entertainment, so think simple shapes, bold colours, friendly characters and a gentle pace that can hold very young attention without overstimulation.
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• I provide the basic idea and draft script.
• You turn that into rough boards and a short animatic so we can agree on timing and visual tone.
• Once signed off, you create all character art, backgrounds and final animation, add child-safe sound effects and royalty-free music, and deliver a polished HD file ready for YouTube.
Final deliverables:
1. MP4 or MOV in 1920 × 1080, 25/30 fps.
2. Separate stereo audio mix.
3. Source project files (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, After Effects—your choice).
Experience with content for very young viewers is important; colour psychology, soft transitions and clear silhouettes go a long way here.
