2-Minute Magnet Education Animation

Job ID: 40150011

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m producing a short, 2-minute (maximum) 2D animation that introduces grade-3 to grade-5 students to the basics of magnets. The visual tone must stay cartoonish and playful, so the ideas feel friendly rather than textbook-dry, yet the explanations still land accurately.

Core content to weave in:
• Magnetic poles
• Magnetic fields
• Attraction and repulsion
- And if you want to add anything, feel free to.

I don’t need branded characters or mascots—simple shapes, arrows, and lively objects are fine as long as they keep young eyes engaged. Please keep the pacing tight: quick scene transitions, bold colours, minimal on-screen text, and clear narration or kinetic typography so viewers latch onto each concept without lingering.

What I’d like back from you:
1. The final video (16:9, MP4 or MOV) is capped at 120 seconds.
2. All source files (project file, layered artwork, audio tracks) in case I need small curriculum tweaks later.

The animation can be built in Adobe Animate, After Effects, Toon Boom, or whichever 2D tool you’re most comfortable with—as long as the exported result is crisp and classroom-ready.

Once I sign off on the storyboard, the only must-hit checkpoints are scientific accuracy for the three concepts above and a total runtime no longer than two minutes. Everything else—sound design, colour palette, subtle humour—is yours to shape.
