2–5 Minute Kids Cartoon Video create

I’m planning a short, lively cartoon—between two and five minutes—that’s pure entertainment for children. I already have the story concept sketched out; what I need is a creative animator who can turn that idea into an engaging video complete with colourful characters, upbeat pacing and age-appropriate humour.

You’ll handle the full production pipeline: storyboarding, character design, animation, voice-over direction or sourcing, sound effects and final editing. I’m open to traditional 2D, cut-out, or digital puppet styles—as long as the end result feels playful, polished and keeps young viewers glued to the screen.

Deliverables
• Storyboard and character sheets for approval
• Fully animated 2–5 minute video in HD (1080p) format
• Separate audio stems (dialogue, music, SFX) for future tweaks
• One round of revisions after first full draft

Acceptance criteria
• Bright, child-friendly colour palette
• Smooth, consistent frame rate; no stutters or dropped frames
• Clear, expressive voice-over in English with clean audio mixing
• Final file delivered in MP4 (H.264) plus editable project source
