15-Minute Digital 2D Animation

Make a 15-minute digital 2D Animation tailored to an adult audience. This will be a TED-style talk based on my stillborn baby and the need for specific perinatal help in the situation. The style should stay firmly in the “Digital” realm—clean vector artwork, smart rigging, and limited frame-by-frame work so we keep production lean and focused on clear storytelling.

Scope
• Develop a basic storyboard that maps key scenes and transitions.
Simple faceless people- calm presentation
• Build simple yet expressive character rigs and background layouts.
• Animate the full 15-minute runtime, syncing precisely to the supplied voice-over.
• Add minimal sound effects or royalty-free background music where it enhances the narrative.
• Deliver the final video in 1080p MP4 along with project files (Adobe Animate, Toon Boom, or equivalent).

What will help you succeed
• Proven experience in 2D Animation for adult audiences.
• Efficient workflow in Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar digital tools.
• Ability to keep visual consistency and pacing tight on a modest production scale.
