4 Minute Cartoon YouTube Animation

I already have a complete script for a four-minute entertainment short and need a skilled 2D animator to transform it into a lively cartoon ready for my YouTube channel. The style should be vibrant, character-driven animation that keeps viewers hooked from the first frame to the last.
Here’s how I see the workflow moving forward: after you review the script, we’ll agree on a quick set of storyboards or style frames so I can approve the look and pacing. Once those are locked, you’ll handle full animation, basic scene transitions, and any on-screen text or effects the story calls for. The finished piece should be delivered in 1920 × 1080 HD (.mp4) along with the editable project files from whichever software you prefer—Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar—so I can archive the source.
Timing is important: the final runtime needs to land as close to four minutes as possible, and I’d like the first rough cut within two weeks of project start. Smooth character motion, expressive faces, and clear lip-sync where dialogue appears will be my key acceptance criteria. Music and sound effects are a plus if you’re comfortable adding them; otherwise, leave clean audio slots and I’ll handle the mix.
