10-Minute Cartoon Photo Animation

I already have a full set of still images and a scene-by-scene storyboard mapped out; what I need now is your animation magic. Each picture has to come alive with smooth, engaging animated motion in a fun, cartoon-like style. The finished piece should run no longer than ten or twelve minutes and flow like a short film, complete with character voices that match the mood of every scene.

I will supply:

• High-resolution images for every scene
• A written breakdown of the sequence and timing
• A preliminary script describing dialogue and cues for each character voice

You would:
• Add movement, pans, zooms, and animated elements so the images don’t feel static
• Record direct me and my hisband voices and mix them cleanly with any background ambience or music (this is not necessary)
• Handle all editing, colour tweaks, and subtle effects to keep the flow consistent

The final projext should be delivered no later than early September so there’s room for one round of feedback before the deadline.
