4-Minute 2D Cartoon Animation
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I have a complete script, final character designs, and a batch of AI-generated reference frames that show tone and colour direction. What I still need is the animation itself: a four-minute, cartoon-style 2D video whose sole purpose is to entertain.
You’ll be free to animate in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, Moho, After Effects with Duik—or whatever professional pipeline you feel produces the smooth, expressive motion the story calls for. The line work should stay clean and playful, colours vibrant, and timing snappy to keep the pace light-hearted throughout.
No sound or audio needed - It would be a music clip.
Deliverables (all queued for review in milestones):
• Rough animatic synced to my script (storyboard timing)
• Clean rough animation pass for approval
• Final coloured and composited 4-minute video in 1080p H.264
• All project files and layered scenes so I can archive or revise later
