10-Minute 2D Cartoon Animation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m producing a 10–12 minute 2D animation aimed squarely at a teenage audience. The goal is pure entertainment, so the pacing, humour, and visual energy all need to land with that crowd. I picture a bright, cartoonish look—think squash-and-stretch, expressive poses, punchy colours, and dynamic camera moves—brought to life through four to six memorable characters who each feel distinct in silhouette, attitude, and voice.
Here’s how I’d like the work to flow so we stay organised and avoid surprises:
• Pre-production: character concept art, turnarounds, and a thumbnail storyboard that nails shot rhythm.
• Blocking & animatic: rough timing pass with temp audio so we can lock story beats before clean-up.
• Production: full animation in HD 1080p, cleanup, colouring, and simple effects such as motion blurs or snappy speed lines where they add punch.
• Post: final composite with sound effects and background music (I’ll supply licensed tracks if needed) plus one round of tweaks for polish.
Source files (PSD/AI, project files from Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, or your preferred 2D suite) and the mastered MP4 are part of the hand-off so I can archive and re-edit down the road.
If this scope matches your strengths in cartoon animation and you’re comfortable hitting a ten-minute runtime without sacrificing quality, let’s talk schedule and milestones.
