Mini Video Creation from Design

I'm looking for a skilled video creator to turn a design into a captivating mini video. The primary focus will be on the illustrations within the design. Having the illustration move with in the design to do specific tasks by each bear. I will handle the audios effects.

Key Requirements:
- Highlight illustrations from the design
- Theme is open to interpretation (not strictly cartoonish, realistic, or abstract)
- Duration is flexible, depending on the complexity of the design and the richness of the illustrations
