5-Min 2D Cartoon, <1k inr
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m commissioning a five-minute 2D cartoon built purely for entertainment and designed for a children’s audience. The cast is entirely human, so character design should be bright, friendly and easily relatable for kids.
Scope & flow
• I’ll supply a short outline of the story; you take it from there—develop a playful script, storyboard, and character sheets.
• Once we approve the animatic, you move into clean-up, colouring and final compositing. Feel free to work in Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate or any comparable 2D pipeline you’re comfortable with.
• Final delivery must be exactly five minutes long (±10 sec), 1080p H.264, plus all editable project files.

Budget
The total project budget is capped at $1,000, so please plan your schedule, voice talent (if needed) and any music/licensing accordingly.
