Map Animation for Social Reels

I need short, punchy map animations tailored for vertical formats—YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels. Each clip should run 15-30 seconds and open with a clean map frame that quickly introduces the location. From there, I want key cities, landmarks, or regions to pop with smooth highlights and markers that feel dynamic yet remain clear at mobile-screen size.

You’ll handle the full animation workflow—sourcing or creating a base map, styling it so it matches a fresh, social-media aesthetic, and timing every highlight to upbeat background music (I’ll supply licensed tracks). I’m open on the overall design direction as long as the highlighted points stay front-and-center and the motion feels fluid rather than distracting.

Deliverables:
• 3 finalized vertical videos (1080 × 1920, H.264) with embedded audio
• Matching versions without background music for my own sound layering
• Project files (After Effects or equivalent) so I can tweak text or markers later

Acceptance criteria: highlights appear sharp on mobile, transitions are seamless, and the exported files stay under 15 MB each to satisfy platform upload limits.
