Low-Budget Teen Cartoon Animation
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a short, entertainment-driven story aimed squarely at a teen audience and I need it brought to life in clean, engaging 2D animation. The concept, script and rough character ideas are ready; what’s missing is the animated magic that will make the story pop on screen while staying within a tight budget.
I’m open to whichever 2D workflow you prefer—Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, After Effects cut-outs, or a hybrid approach—as long as the final look is polished, colourful, and paced for modern teen viewers.
To keep things clear, here’s what I’m looking to receive:
• Storyboard and animatic for approval
• Character and background design in line with the script’s mood
• Full 2D animation with basic sound effects and music bed (licensed or royalty-free)
• Final export in HD MP4 ready for YouTube and social platforms
