Low-Budget Philippine Horror Animation

I’m producing a 6–10 minute horror short for my YouTube channel and I need a fellow Filipino animator who is comfortable working in a cut-out style. The piece will live or die on atmosphere, so clever use of layers, lighting, and limited yet expressive movement is key.

I don’t have a script or storyboard yet, so I’m counting on you to help shape the story visually from the ground up. We’ll brainstorm the narrative together, lock the script, build a concise storyboard/animatic, then move straight into production. Character complexity is still open for discussion; I’m flexible as long as it supports the eerie tone without blowing the timeline or budget.

Preferred tools are whatever you’re fastest with—After Effects, Toon Boom, Moho, or a custom Photoshop pipeline all work for me—as long as the final render is 1080p and ready for YouTube premiere.

Core deliverables:
• Finalised script (PDF or Google Doc)
• Storyboard/animatic with timing cues
• Completed 6–10 minute cut-out animation, 1080p, H.264

I’ll provide sound design and voice-over once the animatic is approved; you simply need to leave clean channels for both. Expect prompt feedback and quick turnarounds—I like keeping momentum high.
