Low-Budget Pakistani 2D Horror Animation

Assalam-o-Alaikum! I want to release a 7–8-minute cartoon-style horror short that relies on psychological tension rather than gore. Everything will be produced digitally, so if you feel at home in tools such as Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, or After Effects, you’re already halfway there.

At the moment I have only the seed of an idea; I still need a full script and storyboard that capture the unsettling, mind-bending mood I’m after. Once we’ve locked those down, you’ll move straight into character design, background art, and smooth digital animation that keeps viewers on edge without resorting to blood or jump-scare clichés. The final piece should render cleanly in 1080p and be ready to post online.

Because the budget is tight, I’d like to structure sensible milestones and keep assets reusable wherever possible. Urdu dialogue is welcome but not essential—I’m open to whichever language best serves the atmosphere.
