Low-Budget Entertainment Animation (PH)

I’m putting together a light-hearted 2D animation and I’d like to team up with an animator who’s already here in the Philippines so we can keep costs lean and communications quick. The piece is purely for entertainment, so feel free to bring your own comedic timing, quirky character designs, and visual gags to the table. Style isn’t locked in—whether you gravitate toward Flash-style, motion-graphics hybrids, or something more experimental, I’m open to suggestions as long as the end result looks polished and fun.

The finished video should run only a few minutes (nothing feature-length), delivered in HD MP4 that’s ready to upload straight to social channels. If you can handle everything from rough storyboards to final render, great; if you prefer to focus on animation while I supply the storyboard and audio, that works too.

Please send a link to a couple of your best entertainment-oriented clips, let me know which tools you’ll animate with (Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, TVPaint, Krita, etc.), and give me a rough idea of your turnaround time. I’d like to kick this off as soon as we find the right fit.
