• A complete hand-drawn style animation, ready to publish as a single video file (MP4 is fine).
• Your help refining or expanding my existing story outline into a tight storyboard.
• All visual assets you create, layered or editable, so small tweaks can be made later without starting from scratch.
• Basic sound design (music and effects) that matches the teenage vibe; voice-over is a plus if you can provide it, otherwise leave space for one.
I’m flexible on runtime as long as the pacing feels right, so pitch the length you think serves the story best. To keep costs under control, please suggest any smart shortcuts—limited color palettes, looping backgrounds, etc.—that won’t sacrifice overall quality.
