Looping Image Animation for Website

I have a high-resolution illustration that currently sits static on my home page. I’d like you to breathe life into it by turning it into a seamless, looping video that can run full-screen behind the site content. The animation should revolve around the headline copy: engaging text animation is the star here, so I’m expecting smooth, eye-catching motion on the words while still keeping them crisp and readable. In addition, the characters in the artwork should show subtle, repeating movement—gentle shifts, blinks, or idle poses—enough to make the scene feel alive without ever becoming distracting.

Please preserve the original colour palette and composition; I don’t want new assets added, just clever separation of layers and rigging where needed. The loop must be perfect so there is no visible jump on replay.

Deliverables:
• Seamless looping video in MP4 and WebM (1920 × 1080)
• Source project file (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
• Lightweight mobile version (optional but appreciated)
