Looking for a 2D Animator to Create Japanese-Style YouTube Shorts

Hi!
I’m looking to order short 2D animations for YouTube Shorts (up to 1 minute long) in the style of Japanese anime/cartoons with Japanese characters - exactly like this channel:

The animation quality, character design, smoothness of movement, and overall look should be at least as good as what’s on that channel (or better).
I need 4-5 shorts per week (ongoing collaboration if everything works out well).
You’ll need to create the full 2D animation:
I’ll handle the voice-over/narration myself - I just need the animation part.
You can animate in Moho, Adobe Animate or any other software that works best for you.
Final render: 1080p, 60 fps, ready-to-upload format for YouTube Shorts.
