Long-Term Comic Book Artist Needed Bring My Sci-Fi Superhero Series to Life

I’m a South African writer seeking a dedicated and creative comic artist for a long-term collaboration to develop an original superhero comic series titled “Sons of Power.”

About the Project:

Sons of Power is a grounded, emotional, and action-packed African superhero story with sci-fi and political elements.

The story follows:( First comic)
Sizwe, a 22-year-old kidnapped and enhanced in a secret government experiment.
Obine, a half-alien who learns the truth about his father and the project that created Sizwe.
Together, they rebel against a dictator using mutated super-soldiers to control Central Africa.

Series Vision:
This is not a one-time job. I’m developing a 5-part comic series.
Each issue will:
• Introduce new characters
• Expand the world
• Deepen the conflict
• Reveal secrets tied to alien tech, world history, and resistance movements

For first comic I already have
A complete story arc for Parts 1–3
Characters & world-building in progress for Parts 4–5
Sample visuals + script content

Looking For an Artist Who Can:
• Turn my ideas and scripts into fully illustrated comic pages
• Help with character design (from my descriptions and references)
• Create panels with strong pacing, emotion, and cinematic feel
• Collaborate creatively on page layouts and visual storytelling
• Commit to a multi-issue partnership (5 issues minimum)

Budget & Agreement:
• I’m looking for a revenue-share collaborator, OR small upfront page rate + royalties
• You’ll be credited as the official artist & co-creator
• We will start with a short test segment or preview pages, then scale up
• Goal: Publish via Webtoon, Kickstarter, or pitch to indie publishers
