Live Cartoon Portrait Creation

I need a quick-draw artist who can turn new arrivals at my restaurant into playful cartoon portraits on the spot and hand them the illustration before they reach their table. The whole idea is to spark laughter, encourage them to share the art online, and feed our own marketing channels with fresh, branded content every service.
Here is how I picture the flow:
• Guest walks in → you capture their likeness instantly (photo or quick sketch)
• Within a couple of minutes you deliver a high-resolution caricature that features the restaurant name worked subtly into the artwork.
• We display it on a screen near the host stand and send the file to the guest via AirDrop/QR so they can post it right away.

I am open on drawing style as long as it is bright, funny, and recognizable; Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, an iPad with Apple Pencil—whatever lets you move fastest while still delivering clean lines and bold colour. Final files must be exportable as PNG and Instagram-ready (1080×1080).
